Jamie is the whole package. From the very beginning to THE VERY END, she was there with a smile on her face and a level of ambition that is rarely seen these days. She got me set up online so I could see what was available and did a phenomenal job setting up the very detailed search criteria I was needing. When I felt confident that I would be able to find what I was looking for, I told her I wanted to proceed with the sale of my house. She was NEVER pushy for me to list my house prematurely as previous agents were. She jumped into action. With her advice and direction, the house was prepared for pictures and in a few days it was on the market. My home sold for 5k MORE THAN LISTED FOR and was under contract in LESS THAN A WEEK. I admit(and you can verify with my husband) i am a very needy person. I also need to know EVERY detail of everything i am doing. Lucky enough, i had a very patient realtor/friend. Jamie was the best!! She was always there to answer any question i had (and i had some very "out there" questions) without hesitation, with patience, and with clarity. Jamie knew her locations and if she didn't, she would not hesitate to do some research for you. She only showed me houses that were on my "want" list and even helped me realize that with our budget, i can get what i need and want with a little wiggle room. Jamie has been looking and answering my questions for the almost 2 years we were planning our move from Oklahoma to Florida. I have to tell you, that is NOT an easy task to do, for Jamie or my husband and I!! She was wonderful to work with, was always responsive, no matter time of day or how menial my questions may have been. She stood by us as we dealt with a lender that left a lot to be desired and never stopped supporting us along the way. Our closing date was changed multiple times, because of the lender, which caused much stress on us. She was always asking what she could do for us, to help ease our frustrations. Jamie Gibbons has been a pleasure to work with since day one. I started out calling her because of a property we were intrested in and she was the listing realtor, come to find out it was a cash-only house, which was not in our budget. She openly asked if she could help us find the right house. I told her we have very strict criteria for our house/property we are looking for, which definitely limits what's available to us. I gave her exactly what we were looking for and within 1 day she already came up with some wonderful options. One of which was the house we now own! We jumped on it quick, because it was exactly what we were looking for, in our price range with the options we wanted. Mind you, we've also been looking at the market for the last several months, a couple have caught our eye, but not like this one. She walked us through step by step, anytime I had a question she was available to answer. If she didn't know the answer to any of my questions, she would find them out for me. She was very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls, meaning she would get back to me within less than an hour most times. I am a native Floridian, born and raised just south in Oldsmar. My family and I moved to Pasco County in 2013 and absolutely love it. I am fortunate to have an amazing husband who was also my high school sweetheart and two beautiful children. As the daughter of a disabled Veteran, I have learned from a very young age what it meant to “WORK HARD”.
